Its an OCR, i remember seeing them for whole documents. I'm not sure why they have it and what it can do.

Do you have to have it pronounced, I wonder, or can you just transfer it to the jetbook to read? That would be great!

This is a video of jetbook mini and Jetbook+ in CES. I'm liking the Jetbook+ and the price is 129$ and it includes wifi and sensors that will switch portrait to landscape automatically.
