OmniPage then Calibre for PDF's?

Would it be possible to process a pdf with Omnipage, then have Calibre convert to mobi for the kindle. I have some pdfs that are too small text and some that are landscape with two pages to a page. Is there any other software that may OCR these documents and give calibre something good towork with?

I don't know about Omnipage, but Abbyy Finereader can do that, load a pdf (and split if double page), and then OCR it.
