Any of the Hanlin V5 clones (BeBook Mini, Astak Pocket Pro, etc).
BeBook Neo / Onyx Boox 60 (they're the same machine).
Pocketbook 602 and (I think) 902.

They're the ones I know of, anyway.

There is a TTS row in the E-book Reader Matrix. The Hanlin and Hanvon ebooks Readers (from China) support TTS, as do some of the newest Readers, such as the Asus DR900 and the latest PocketBook's (602/3 and 902/3).
