			Me too.  When I am in Chicago, my orders usually arrive in 24-hours.  Even out here in the boonies (I am skiing in Idaho) they get here in 3-days.  And they got my Kindle here in less than 48 hours, so I could give it to my husband for Christmas.  I know there are a lot of Amazon-haters out there, but I just love them.

			I agree as well. That's part of the reason I took the plunge and got a Kindle. For me the biggest difference between my experiences with Amazon and some other retailers is that other retailers often seem to immediately be on the defensive for even the tiniest problem, kind of like the goal is to determine why it's not their fault. Every interaction I've had with Amazon, it really felt like the goal is to solve the problem, no matter the reason.
