Do I Need Sony Software If Calibre Works?
I just got a Sony E-Reader, the PRS-650. Do I need to have the Sony standard software installed on my computer if Calibre works great? Can I remove the Sony software or does it need to stay on the PC for some reason?

I guess you would need Sony software only if you plan to buy ebooks directly from Sony Store. I wouldn't recommend synchronizing your library using both Calibre and Sony. You can easily mess up entire collection.
