[bug] problem using calibreportable.bat

I am using calibre-portable.bat to have the same settings in calibre on different computers using dropbox. I have been able to set the calibre setting and metadata succsessfully but setting the library is giving me problems.

I am using
SET CALIBRE_CONFIG_DIRECTORY=%cd%\CalibreConfig
SET CALIBRE_OVERRIDE_DATABASE_PATH=%cd%\CalibreConfig\ metadata.db
SET CALIBRE_LIBRARY_DIRECTORY=%cd%\Library

The first two commands work but the third one is not working.
I have my directories as

My Dropbox\Library
My Dropbox\CalibreConfig\metadata.db
My Dropbox\CalibreConfig

But calibre creates a directory My and is not recognizing the
"My Dropbox\Library" as path

I am not sure if this is a bug or limitation of windows but for one command it works for another it doesn't so I thought it could be bug.

In the last line of the .bat file, change:
%CALIBRE_LIBRARY_DIRECTORY% to "%CALIBRE_LIBRARY_DIRECTORY%" (add the quotes)
