Kindle for Android, running on Nook Color without rooting?
So,
I've read that B&N will release NC app store next January 2011 and Kindle for Android could be part of it. Can anyone confirm? If that's true and there is no need for any Linux Hack, I must admit that would be really good. Ability to read Amazon and B&N ebooks on same device?... hmm... |

The original reports confused the Nook Color Market with the Google Android Market. The latter won't be supported, see NOOKcolor - News on 2.2 and Android Market? and Update: NookColor to NOT get FroYo, Android Market in January.
I would be amazed if the NC Market, when available, included a Kindle app. The entire point of a closed market is to keep your competitors out. |
