Font Size in Library View

Is there anyway to change the font and the size of the font in the library browser window?

No, calibre uses whatever font size you have set for the rest of your desktop.

The older I get the more it seems I need to adjust everything larger.

I'll just use Mac OS X zoom feature if I need to.

Consider it a feature request to adjust the layout to a larger font.
