orange light not flashing while loading

Just got my new PB, they had sent me one with wrong color.

While loading, the orange light does not flash, it is constantly on. Should I worry?

Edit: It behaves strange, sometimes the green light stays on when not connected, sometimes the orange light stays on while loading.

It keeps on loading. It is charging now for 16 hours continuously. Is this normal?

no idea, but this issue has been noted in this post, and in this other one (though the latter is for the 902: but it is interesting that two devices behaved differently) - hope it helps!

It's a known bug. It has been righted in the new FW (ready real soon now), but it's only a cosmetical problem. The charging works corectly. After 4-5 hours of charging, your reader should be fully charged and ready to get started. Sorry for the inconvenience.
