Sony Cradle Insert

Hey guys,

I just purchased the Sony Cradle from Ebay and have a question. It came with the insert to place it in the cradle without the cover preinstalled, and I can't seem to remove it. Is there a trick to it? Thanks.

Never mind, I figured it out.....I must had received a demo model that had the insert glued in there.....after manipulating back and forth and messing with it, almsot breaking it, it's off.
