Bargain (Kindle): The Green Body Cleanse Natural Health Book
I'm a nonsmoking, nondrinking, vegetarian who drinks green smoothies in the morning (spinach, celery, avocado, apple, blend until green), so I'm probably the target market, but I enjoyed Dr. Edward Group's "The Green Body Cleanse" which I tried out for $2.99.
 Dr. Group, who's like a hippie-er version of Dr. Oz (and better looking), gives lots of good practical advice on how to clean up your body and your mind to lose weight and feel great. If you're into natural health or healthy living -- or you want to be -- I recommend this one. |
