I think I want the lighted cover--does it affect the speakers?
I do have a couple of Audible books on my K3. If I get the lighted cover, will that muffle the sound from the speakers?

Nah, I have the same cover without the light and the speakers sound fine. If any thing the sound is actually reflected back to you instead of away.
