Free/cheap nookbooks via Twitter

I just stumbled across a Twitter feed with a slew of book discounts and freebies from Barnes and Noble. They don't last long and are not part of the Free Fridays. Anyway, if you're not set up on Twitter (like me), you can text "follow ebooksBN" to 40404 and you'll start getting the tweets. I have no idea if I'll be inundated, but I missed getting an Armistead Maupin book for free, so I signed up!
