Calibre 'error communicating with device'
Hello,
I'm getting this message when opening the program; it recognizes my PRS-505, but cannot list titles or transfer over titles to the Sony. Using 0.7.28, on a PowerPC, never had any problems before, just loaded a few books last week. It wouldn't let me copy/paste the original error in the title, but here's what it does when copying a .5MB LRF file: ERROR: ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>AttributeError</b>:'list' object has no attribute 'add_book' Traceback (most recent call last): File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/__init__.py", line 298, in dispatch File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 1376, in books_uploaded File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 387, in add_books_to_metadata File "site-packages/calibre/devices/usbms/driver.py", line 247, in add_books_to_metadata AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'add_book' Thanks for your help, =A= |

just restart calibre and you should be fine
