Hi, everyone!

As my headline says I'm an author and a Nook owner, although my daughter has stolen it a few times and I am considering buying second reader. If I do, I might get a Kindle...just to have choices.

As an author I'm published in urban fantasy, and contemporary and paranormal romance. I am also publishing a few things myself in those genres, and probably a young adult urban fantasy and an amateur sleuth mystery.

As a reader, I read most genres, although lately it has mainly been urban fantasy and young adult fantasy.

I also own two very young dogs, a husky and a shepherd/husky mix. Keeping them entertained and not eating my socks keeps me very busy.

I also have two children who are marginally easier to control than the dogs. I won't discuss controlling the husband--you never know when he might happen across this.
