So, it turns out that I'm NOT the proud owner of a JBL

I purchased a used JBL from ebay a few weeks back, as you may remember. Well, the guy that sold it to me never shipped it, and just a couple of days ago refunded my paypal money. When I contacted him, he said he had become very sick and couldn't go to the post office to ship it. Whatever.

The sad part is that I saw the exact same person selling the exact same JBL just yesterday. I can only assume that he didn't make the amount on it that he had wanted.

Yeah, I left him some nasty feedback, that's for sure. What a scam! What else can I do to make sure this guy doesn't get away with this crap in the future?

That seller hardly has any feedback....I wouldn't buy from him! 3 negatives, now!

There's nothing else you can do. You left your negative. He may not be selling much longer, with his record, and anyone that would buy an expensive item from him, now, would be nuts. (Not saying you are nuts!) Glad you got your money back.

Wow....people are listing them for pretty high prices!

TUU, I'd be happy that the deal fell through! I never thought that buying a used JBL off eBay was a good idea.

Do what the rest of us have done, and get one from newegg. I have to think that you'll be happier in the long run.

I sold mine on ebay and I assume the buyer was happy because I got positive feedback on the transaction...
