conversion problem
Trying to convert an ebook from universalis app and it won't work. The message I get is: Could not upload the following books to the device, as no suitable formats were found. Convert the book(s) to a format supported by your device first. I can convert other ebooks successfully ie from Gutenburg. I have a mac 10.4.11 700MHz PowerPC G3 and a new Kindle 2. Have contacted universalis and they suggested I contact you. Thanks for any help.
