Auto synching to my desktop after uploading book on someone else's computer?

Say I add a bunch of books to a PRS-350 using the Reader app (OSX). If I later add a book to the reader on someone else's computer using USB, will it automatically be synched back to my desktop when I get home? Thanks

I think the sync only goes one way, from computer to the Reader.

New to the forum, and still learning my way around my PRS650, so I can't answer this specifically. But I can answer generically because I've had to look at syncing, as part of my day job. If you're going to sync two systems, and there's some difference between them, which one trumps the other? If you're going to have the sync go both directions, you have to have a lot of very detailed logic to decided which one wins on the level of individual fields, and this gets complicated in a hurry. Or you have to have some kind of prompting so the user can decide.

So I would not expect the sync to go both ways, at least not automatically. There may be a spot where you can specifically send things from the reader to the computer, but you'll have to go look for it.

I believe you can send book from the Reader to the Sony software but it is a manual drag and drop process.
