PRS-950 How to play more than one tune?

I see on my new 950 that Audio files are in two levels: one for albums, one for the tunes within the album (unlike my earlier readers, 900, 505, and 500).

How can I play ALL the tunes, or at least select which are to play?

Update: I've been in touch with Sony Support by email (they send me a "fix" I already tried), and then got disconnected after 20 minutes on the phone with them. They send me another email with steps to do a Hard Reset -- but they don't work! Has anyone yet needed to do a Hard Reset on the PRS-950? Is it time to look at a Kindle???
