DX PDF settings

Best settings from what I have found are
7.44 x 5.15 (inches)

If you are using some custom print to PDF print driver or online export/save service (such as feedbooks), this size will give you a size that fits the DX properly. If you go to "actual size" the scroll bars will appear filled. Also, if you increase the size any further they will appear.

Also had to use this setting (print to PDF) to fix some ebooks, because the top/bottom of documents gets cut off by the DX (I don't know why it does this, but it happens sometimes with some ebooks in pdf format)
