Sony thinks I'm FAT! Really!!!

Well, not really.

I got my new 350 last Thursday () and registered it to my account . . . Then I got this from Sony today:

Quote:
Dear Fellow Reader,

Welcome to the world of digital reading!

Thank you for your recent purchase and authorization at Reader™ Store. To help you get started on your library, here is a code good for one free download of the following eBook:

CODE: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Designated Fat Girl
By Jennifer Joyner
Published by Lyons Press/Globe Pequot Press
First: I'm not a crazy enough to believe Sony thinks I'm fat.

Second: Why would Sony think I'd love an autobiography about a "Fat Girl's" (her words) struggle with Obesity?

Third: And why on earth would Sony think I want that book? Because I'd relate to a fat girl?

Sadly, my conclusion is I'm a crazy fat girl . . no wait, Sony thinks . . . um (sigh)

Maybe I'll just stick with "I must be crazy".

I believe I've seen that book listed as a current promotion for any new purchasers. I do wonder at the choice, though. It seems it would have interest in a limited number of buyers, and the others might really do what you jokingly did - take offense!

I got the same promotion. At first, I thought "Who told them I was fat?" I downloaded it and will read it sometime in the future. *shrug* it was free.

I'm wondering what to do with my code seeing as I would never read the book, anyone here want it?

I got four free E-books with my Kobo three harlequins(will never read) and Six seconds might read that one, but the cost of the books was about 38 dollars if I was to purchase them, I would much rather have a gift card or that amount off my Kobo. But still free so can't complain.

P.S these come with all the wal-mart Kobo's (not pre-loaded had too wait a while before they showed up in KOBO) maybe only in Canada though
