Focus annoyance

When I execute a search and then immediately select one of the results I will lose focus on the selection one second later. If I select an action it will report "no book selected".

If I wait a couple of seconds after the search result is populated then it works fine. Unfortunately, I tend to work quickly and I end up losing the Windows focus.

Try disabling search-as-you-type. Preferences, look and feel, search as you type (on the right-hand side)
