Kindle DX owner in Denmark

Hi All,

I am looking for a guy/girl in Denmark near Odense, who is wanting to show his Kindle DX off, in exchange for a cop of coffee or beer.
I am considering buying the new Kindle DX Graphite, but I'm having trouble convincing my-self, that I need/like it. If I could get to see one in action in reel life, it would make the decision much easier.

I probably won't be around your region any time soon, but if you happen to be in northern Germany (Kiel) sometime I'd be happy to show off my new DXG.

I've only had it for about three weeks, but I'm loving it so far.

A round trip would probadly cost about the same as the DXG anyways

Doesn't seem like thare are a lot of Kinde DX' in Denmark.
So if somebody got a Kindle 2 or 3, I would like to see that.

Do you have questions that we might be able to answer?

I don't know how Amazon in Denmark works, but Amazon in the US allows you to buy a DX of K3 and use it for up to 30 days. If you don't like it, you can send it back. I believe they even refund the shipping costs if you return it.

Amazon doesn't have a presence in the Nordic countries. The nearest and easiest Amazon would be the UK. They do ship to Scandinavia and as pointed out they have a no-nonsense return policy. That is how I "upgraded"to my K3.

I have a K3 but I live en Aarhus. But if you happen to be around I'll happily show it to you. I love my Kindle by the way - I've never read so much in my life.

I have just borrowed a Sony PRS-600 at the library.
I find the screen is really dark, it is hard to read in dimm light and the screen is very reflective.
I don't know if it is because it got a touchscreen, or if it is the Vizplex display, I have to see other screens (non touchscreen and Pearl) on other devices before Im sold in E-Ink.

You can only buy the Kindle from US store, I don't know the return policy, but I would think I have to pay the shipping if I wanted to return it. Thats seems fair enough.

Right now, Im trying to decide between the Kindle DX Graphite or the PocketBook Pro 902. I think the 902 suits my needs the best, but I think I would prefer the Pearl screen of the DXG. Hard choices.
