how to delete bookmark ?

any one knows how can i delete a bookmark ? can i do it without the sony software ???

Press and hold the Mark button to see all bookmarks. Go into the bookmark you choose to delete and press Ent to go the bookmarked page. There if you will press Mark again you will remove the bookmark.
If there is an easier way, I don't know it.

No, that's the way to do it. The "Mark" button, each time it's pressed, toggles the bookmark on or off for the currently-displayed page. A bookmarked page is displayed with a "folded down corner" on Reader.

You can also add or delete a bookmark from the "Connect" software.

It's all in the onboard manual.

I like the book marks. Use em to lookup words when I feel like it. I'd like to see a way to highlight a passage or a word for later use. And better would be to add annotations!

You can set/remove bookmarks in the ConnSoft, but only on books that are in the ConnSoft library -- you can't set/remove a bookmark on a book that's in the Reader via ConnSoft (another feature hole in the ConnSoft, in my opinion).

If you want to delete all bookmarks in a book, you can do that from the Utilities menu in the individual book menu, it has a delete/remove all bookmarks option.
