Hey Guys, I'm new to the MobileRead forums, and I hope to get to know all of you soon

I just have a quick question to all of you legendary members out there, Where can I find the Rules and Regulations. I tried doing a quick search round the site, but didn't really find anything concrete.

The second question is that, Am I a restricted user? Some forums have a policy of not allowing forum members to do certain things until they have been 'round for a certain number of days and have a certain number of posts.
