They said they would be doing some updating of their forum, I just didn't
expect they would loose my logon data in the process.

Hmm... Perhaps they see that as an improvement?

Anyone else having trouble loging on?

Nope, had an issue with the Ectaco jetbook forum doing that couple days ago though.

After the update they only accept "txt" and "FB2" as passwords

For the past four days, I get the message: "An error has occurred."

They let me redo my password with my old password and now I'm back in the forum.
I guess they weren't trying too hard to get rid of me.

Dunno, maybe there were trying to "flush" us out of the system and encourage us to go elsewhere.

I had a link direct to the forums and once I found the new access from the main page, I'm back in again with no password or user problems at all.

I went back to the home page and started over, and now everything is OK with the same password.
