PRS-900, exchange or repair?
Hi,
My prs900's power switch is not responsive sometimes (I need to switch it several times to turn the unit on or off). Sony offers two service options--$29for exchanging for a refurbished one or $25 for fixing mine. I'm not sure which one I should choose. Any suggestion? Thanks! |

I had a bad eink display on my PRS900 and i did option 1. They shipped me refurb unit with prepaid return label. After I got replacement, I checked it and everything was in perfect order on it. Then I shipped the old one back
