Folder and Book management

I recently destroyed my Pocketbook 360 and bought a K3 instead (because of the screen mainly).

But: Can someone tell me how you manage your Books?? I keep them in calibre numbered by series i.e.
Series Name/01_Title of Book1
Series Name/02_Title of Book2
and so forth.

But on the kindle jsut the book title shows up. And i do have 100 Books in some series! There is no way of telling which book would be next to read. And curiously noone seems the have the same problem. Am i missing something?

Create a collection for the series, and then use Calibre to change the book's title to include the number within the series.

Yeah, thats the first (and only) thing i also thought about. Still its pretty lame
