SD / MMC versus CF card
I don't have my Iliad for a long time so I'm still a newbee
I have a Platinum 1 GB SD card which works OK, only when reading for 1-2 hrs. I did notice on 2 different books so far (prc, mobipocket) when I flip to next page it goes up 20-30 pages. I know when I press the turn page scroll longer it jumps 5 pages for or back that's working ok. I assume now that it might be a matter of the SD card, means when loading it makes a mistake or is the whole ebook buffered in the Iliad memory when reading? What do others use the MMC / SD or a CF card ? |

I'd tend to not believe the MMC/SD card theory, you can't just skip around inside ebook files with out getting an error message or two.
However, before I tightened the fasteners back down on my iLiad the page flip bar was beginning to behave most erratically. It would flip me all kinds of strange places when I clicked it. I'd recommend you contact iRex customer support. |

Scotty, could you be more specific on the "I tightened the fasteners back down on my iLiad" sentence? What Exactly did you do with it?
