A plugin for Plato to download XKCD comics automatically

Hi,

I created a plugin for Plato (https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=314220) that downloads the latest XKCD comics automatically.

It isn't extensively tested, I simply use it. However, it is very simple and it hasn't failed me yet.

Let me know if it works, this is my first release for Kobo hardware.

On a Clara HD with Plato 9.17, I could toggle to XKCD and download and view the comics. Toggling back to On Board worked leaving the 25 XKCD comics I downloaded as the first entries in the library. After I switched back to Nickel and triggered an import, the comics showed up in my Nickel library as well.

So far, no issues noted.
