the kobopatch is installed. But regarding the setting to "yes" for example in the header/footer. how do you set it to yes? |

You have to do it before installing the kobopatch. Open the .yaml file with Notepad and change "no" to "yes". And save, of course. Then run the kobopatch.bat.

I used to use this thread to check what was the propose for some patches:
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=260100 Just remember that most of the patches now are a bit different due to the latest updates from Kobo |

Only the Kobo Forma has the official Dropbox option at this point in time. And that syncs to a single folder within your Dropbox (good in some ways so you don't get every bit of crap synced, bad since you have to copy the books you want to use with Dropbox to that folder.
There are some threads in here about adding file syncing to several sites which should work with any Kobo but I haven't used them so I can't recommend. |

2. Just reinstall/update the firmware, or disable all patches and install the KoboRoot.tgz. |

Cool, many thanks!
I have just patched the device (it's very easy, as the instructions are very clear) and the modifications work as expected. |

I'm lost for the use of extra fonts. I don't know where to start.
I picked up geek1011's fonts from his repo https://github.com/geek1011/kobopatc...ee/master/font I copied them into a fonts folder I created. But I can't find them in my Kobo Glo. I just have the native fonts. Do I need to modify the Kobo eReader.conf file? And on the kobopatch side there are so many occurrences for the word "font" that I have no idea where to turn. Can someone give me directions? and forgive me if I'm not in the right section to post... |

BTW, the link you posted was truncated -- the 's' at the end of fonts was missing. https://github.com/geek1011/kobopatc...e/master/fonts I've attached an image to show what the directory should look like and where it should be located. |

As for your URL, it gets a 404 error. The correct URL is https://github.com/geek1011/kobopatc...e/master/fonts |
