Gaps at bottom of page on kindle
im getting blank gaps at the end of pages on the kindle books i upload. it pulls the paragraph to the next page if the whole paragraph doesnt fit. i tired messing with the orphans and widows within the css but no matter what i do these gaps are still there once its uploaded onto kdp. anyone know how to get around this?

Well...do you mean before or after you publish? There can be very different reasons for this, but the before/after matters. Is this book published? Or are you talking about a pre-publishing item? If the latter, where are you seeing this, precisely?

I would add to this:

Also make sure that you don't have "keep lines together" selected in your paragraph styling, in Word (assuming...), if this is a PRE-publication issue.

If it's post-pub, that's a DIFFERENT issue.
