IDS for book downloads?

Shouldn't there be a way to use the wireless for book downloads, similar to the Kindle functionality? Some kind of IDS hack, maybe? I know FeedBooks is working on this, but it would be nice to also have this for commercial books, e.g. from Fictionwise.

Maybe iRex could pursue this with Fictionwise, now that the Kindle is out there providing some market pressure in this area.

iRex is working on that. I hope they will be able to do that soon. (02/08 hopefully)

Can either of the two browsers be used for downloading
(free) books or books from bookstores like OReilly that
will keep purchased pdf books available in the payee's account?
