Epoch Times Feed failing
The Epoch Times recipe is now failing. I can see that the RSS feed addresses have been changed, and in trying to run with the new addresses it still fails. For example,
Prior US: https://www.theepochtimes.com/c-us/feed/ New US: https://feed.theepochtimes.com/us/feed/ I run this when logged on to the account without a paid subscription. Can this be fixed? Thanks in advance. |

OK so initially your change to set oldest article variable at 1.2 resulted in articles as normal. But now the same problem is back with no articles being retrieved. Setting oldest article at 2 also results in failed feed.

Feeds are working fine but they changed the website architecture, so the articles are missing. Everything seems to be locked in scripts.
and those scripts are numbered and jumbled. This is something new to me but looks solvable.. all you have to do is join them in order and body can be created. Code:
<script>self.__next_f.push([1,"1:HL[\"/_next/static/css/5a725619bc795e6b.css\",{\"as\":\"style\"}]\n0:\"$L2\"\n"])</script> <script>self.__next_f.push([1,"3:HL[\"/_next/static/css/886dfde34f77aebe.css\",{\"as\":\"style\"}]\n"])</script> Last edited by unkn0wn; 08-01-2023 at 11:57 AM. |

I do not know python programming (beyond that indentation matters). Are these lines of code that can be inserted into the recipe?
Also, the website requires a paid subscription to view some of the articles in a browser. Previously the recipe returned all articles irrespective of that lock. Is it possible that passing a paid subscription credential to the article grab makes this problem go away? Thanks. |
