Yesterday the high temperature for the day was in the mid-forties. It was cloudy, windy, a little damp, and pretty much not too bad for late February.

Today the high temperature was in the low 70s. There was a gentle breeze, not a cloud in the sky, and it would have been a nice day for late May. I sat on the deck, had some tea, read the latest issue of Analog, and did it all quite comfortably without a coat or jacket.

It looks like today, and the next week or so, will be very autumn like: grey, wet and windy, with temperatures around 10C.

Luckily, they promise brighter weather from midweek onwards next week. I'm really starting to look to spring and sunny weather.
