In the summer I keep the apartment at 68-70 at all times but running the a/c in the winter at all times is just too weird so 70-72 is normal temp in winter when it's 20-45 out and a nice cold draft from outside keeps that bearable. These are indoor temps I find comfortable. I never wear sweaters. It's t-shirts all year long with capris or jeans.

We only run the heater during really cold days like below freezing wind chills or near to it.

70F is the perfect year round temp for me. I need to move where it's that range everyday. lol

It was 66 then a storm move through now it's 56. Power was out for 50 minutes. Now back to bed.

It's still snowing and I know there's ice underneath the snow. Gonna be fun to get out to the car and get it scraped off so I can get to work.

Looks like the worst of this is south of us so at least we only have mild wind and not blizzard conditons. It'll be interesting to see how many can get to work today since several were out of town for the holiday yesterday.

Well then you don't want to move near me. Our winters aren't bad. We do get cold but our summers would cook you.
Last July, it was between 108 and 111 for nearly 3 straight weeks. When it dropped back to 97, that felt warm but not unbearable.
Oh and the pump on our a/c went out during that time frame. Luckily, it was a $20 fix.
We keep our house at about 72 in the winter and 78 in the summer.

Little tip for keeping a house warm. If you do not have central heat, use a fan to circulate the air. We have a stand fan on top of the file cabinet by the heater to blow the hot air into the rest of the house.

No it's a huge sliding glass with no screen. The only window to in this tiny place.

The A/C is literally mounted through the wall. It's a small window unit.

It was overcast and rained most of the day. It was supposed to start as freezing rain but the temperature hovered just above the freezing mark. Still, it feels chillier than it is.

37 feels like 31. This is much better and I got some much needed rest. There's a small chill in the air but not enough to turn the heat on. It's supposed to get to 47 today.

Coldest few days we've had in a while. 27F last night at bedtime. 34F this morning when we got up for our workout. It has crept up to 45, but doesn't look to get much warmer than that.
