It is good. It was just very, very bad for the last few months, and, as above, the leaving brought things to a crescendo of crappiness. Past now though.

That's what we did, with hoop pine mulch. It's not that we couldn't get grass to grow though, it's that the only place where grass was growing was the nature strip, and I was buggered if I was going to buy a lawnmower to keep the local council's property maintained. Besides, it looks a lot better now.

Moaning - it's Monday morning, uni is resuming tomorrow after a 6 weeks teachers strike, we'll be having an 8 week program in just 4, and we're hiring newbies at work (I'm in charge of questions, panic attacks and "on site" training).
