I knew I should but it's such a pain to do that with the computer downstairs and the modem and router upstairs etc...

Figured if the replacement router didn't fix it then I'd take the next step...

(and probably return the new router

I'll third it!! I am the ultimate not going to go see the Dr person but if it is half as bad as you describe then you really need to get in there. Sure it might clear up on its own but who knows what sort of permanent damage it will do in the process!!

I hope you're feeling better but you should really go out there and see a doc, find one that speaks English and go see them.

See, thing is I think Recluse is doing a bit of exaggeration.....

I can't see him being online and typing and responding even semi-rationally if he were in the literal condition described.

I don't have jaundice. I'm not an idiot.

When my fever spikes, things look yellow.
It's like a warning sign that my fever is affecting my mind.
So I'm told. By doctors. Or people who play them.
I can think clearly through temps of 103 to 105.
I just see things at 105.
It's was only dangerous once. I hit 105 when I was 8 months old.
Dad refused to take me to a doctor.
A police officer ice bathed me.

I don't usually hear things.
I just see them.
Fast moving black things from the corner of my eye.
Everything gets yellowy.
And everything seems to be slightly to the left of where I see them.

My mom says that when I was about 11 years old, I held a conversation with "someone" for about an hour. When she came in to check on me, I told her that the "thing" on my chest thought I needed aspirin.

It came down some.
The cold shower might have helped.
About 101 and holding.
Still ache all over.
And I've started coughing up the congestion in my chest.
Which is a good sign, unless you actually witness it.
Looks like I'm coughing up slimy yellow Peeps.

Save them for Easter, I guess.

It's pretty cool to be able to spit something that can set off a car alarm.

And they taste better coming up than the real ones do going down.

Laptops are great for this, especially those that dual-boot with Linux and have Wireshark installed

. My little HP Mini has been great for network diagnostic despite not having 802.11n.

Sounds like my childhood. cough cough splat. Although I went through a stage of nosebleeds as well and then the yellow/green splats were sometimes red/black.

Glad you are feeling better.

I don't think they taste better coming up. They are too sweet! yuk!
