			Hi there:

I´ll be very grateful if somebody could help me. I have upgrade my KT to 5.3.7.2 After I have installed the jailbreak 1.10N and the MKK. Everything seems to work (***jailbreak*** included) but the jailbreak seems not to work (if I press JBPatch it tells me: you don´t seem to have a working installation...)Besides I have lost the most interesting option for me of the jailbreak: use several dictionnaries at the same time. A second problem I have is that when I shut down the KT it doesn´t keep in the index the last book I´m reading or if I upload a new book it doesn´t appear in the first place of the index if I choose this option to order the books. Sorry for my english. I hope you understand my problems. many thanks. |

Another information: I have installed Phyton and Linkss and aI can see the cover. Then I think that it´s not a problem of the jailbreak. Then, why not the dictionnaries?

@mabia: JBPatch doesn't support FW 5.3.7.1, hence the dictionary thing.

For the Homescreen sorting, you most likely have a date/time issue. Make sure the date & time is set correctly, and that should fix it. So, yep, good guess: nothing to do with the jailbreak .

Jailbreak worked fine. But updating wiped out all hacks, including JBPatch, in addition to the fact that it doesn't work on 5.3.7.1 anyway...

The time issue can be fixed by syncing with Amazon's servers, or manually using the KUAL datetime button. |

Then, wich is your suggestion in order to recover the dictionaries? a downgrade? to wich firmware? could you tell me the steps to follow? |

Whichever firmware you had before you updated. I don't think JBPatch hacks have been updated for the KT past about 5.1.x

If you don't want the full Kual Menu, you can just use the single Kual item I previously linked. I'm pretty sure it works on PW2, but haven't tried it on one. Works great on PW1. edit -
