	We have similar laws in the US. There's nothing stopping them from ASKING you to work ridiculous hours, and there's nothing stopping you from AGREEING to work ridiculous hours. There are, however limits to how long they can "require" you to work. Require: as in, "work this long or you're fired."  |

			On the other hand... After I left Intel, I spent 8 years as a cook in a little owner operated pizza joint. Sometimes shit happens and I needed to stay over or come in early.
