Yeah, I'll keep a link to this thread in case I keep buying more similar devices, just to show my wife as well. We keep separate bank accounts in addition to a shared one, but it might make her see me as slightly less weird...

Um, yes. I don't dare count them. On three different accounts for the five Kindles, then there's the Nook, the Kobo mini that's actually running navigation software, but has a few books on it, then there are phones and tablets. A couple of spare Kindles that I charge from time to time, ditto iPad, and some of phone that I use for travelling.

I actually have readers based on room and function. I have a bedroom reader with a light, I have a bathroom reader, a travel reader, a living room reader. Some spares for when those break...

I thought about keeping a reader in the bathroom but I worry about the moisture affecting it. I just realized while reading this that my waterproof Nook Glowlight Plus would be ideal for this. It won't sync with my Kindle but it would be ideal with short stories.

I currently have an excessive number of e-inks due to Woot sale screwup (my fault, not theirs), But I definitely need hoarder therapy. Current keepers are:

5 K3s (one is failing)
2 K8
2 Touch's with 3g
1 Paperwhite 2
1 Paperwhite 3
1 Voyage
1 Nook ST
1 Nook Glo

I accidentally duplicated a Woot order and they only take returns for stuff not working. So I'm reading, reading, reading on all these Woot ereaders to get in a book or two for testing before the 90 days is up. With the many units that I received, only one didn't work. Another wouldn't register until I manually downloaded the update.

Did I mention that I also have 2 each of K4, K5, K7 which I will be letting the kids in my extended family choose from for their annual non-Christmas gift. I promise to sell the unchosen...I love each and every one, but can't reasonably use more than 12.
