I partly agree with Desertblues except that it might be fun once in a while to go along with a prank someones pulling on you, I don't think you should be mean with them, but maybe some comic relief from sitting in a office all day?

you are not making the transition that the salesman was from a large chain, "Swan's" in fact with who knows what kind of meat from who knows where on his truck and the butcher in question is my local old fashioned butcher that only processes local meat from small farms that are organic
