The same to you and Prosecco. How nice. A lady's wine if any.

Home made cider and (for Mrs) elderflower fizz, also home made. We have a lot of apples and a lot of elder trees. I'm not sure what Mrs did to this batch of fizz but it just about exploded when I opened the bottle. Lots of foam after a loud pop. We had some burst the bottles a couple of years back. Serious fizz. The cider is much safer :-(

Coke Zero #1. But the elderflower fizz does sound more exciting...

Geoff, have you googled the brand to find out where you can order it from online?
Rooibos Lemon in my Red/Gold Dragon cast iron tea pot. I am trying to get back into the habit of making tea and keeping it on the warmer on the weekends. It is not all that difficult to do. Training the dogs to stay on their beds at 7:30 AM on a weekend seems to be impossible but the tea habit is doable. |

Yes - we have done, and sorted that - my thought is that at some stage in the (short-term) future there may be a shortage of supply due perhaps, to radiation worries for foodstuffs from some parts of Japan. There is at least one tea plantation that may be affected.

Fresh-roasted "Bali Kintamani" wet-hulled. Nice, earthy, full-bodied coffee.

Kamiya Papaya Oolong
![]() As much as I really like the flavor, I need to start experimenting with some of the other teas at the local store. |
