Ahhh. Then breathe deep and relaxxxxx.

And for those suggesting doing things by hand, that can quickly turn into a fiasco if their b2b buyers are purchasing in reasonable quantity. Either shipments would get duplicated or overlooked - most likely both. And while some of us might like to get two, all of us want at least one.

Apparentyl the problem really is interface related. They're working, trying to patch it up, but as VillageReader pointed out the SAP software they want to use to interface with UPS just isn't doing what it's supposed to do.
Did Angel use "bitch" anywhere in relation to SAP

I for my part can say that interfacing can be a real pain in the a** when it comes to SAP. Even between SAP systems sometimes something is not working the right way. But normally you have a 3 tier system landscape for testing, I can not believe that they started their webshop (late for that) and did not test it properly. Test script for this one is faily easy, just order something and look if UPS comes around . And if you know what you do, everything is fairly easy, even with SAP

CommanderROR, perhaps we can make a deal with them, we do their webshop right (including SAP interface to whatever they want) and they give us 20 devices. I can bring up at least 4 people who made almost every possible connection between ERP systems in B2B environment.

Greetings,
Frank

I noticed two issues: the VAT calculation run into problems for any case aouside the standard european buyer (thus USA tax exemptions surely were not working). And the status modes were not clear. "Paid not shipped" appeared just after the contact with VISA card validation, but then it went (back?) to "processing status". If "processing" does not qualify for shipping, then I am sure I am not shipped. But again, I have not verifyed my VISA accont, perhaps I am not charged yet.
I ordered from the US, and was not charged VAT, although it appears on the order page, it is not included in the fina price. Also, my order is 'confirmed, processing' although my VISA was charged several days ago.

Your status is normal oliverbogler. the way I understand the system (system???) they put you on "processing" as soon as your order is complete. Then, when they decide which orders are going to get sent out in the next batch, they put all those on "Paid, not shipped". At this point they also check the payments (don't ask).
Then you get shipping started when the devices ship, and your device soon after when nothing stupid happens...
So far the first batch isn't out, so you'll have to wait a little longer for the second and third and so on...I'm not sure when the US shipping will start, but if the european issues are resolved the process should be a lot faster and smoother for US orders.

I hope..

What really kills me is: So far, everything I've seen myself from Irex went horribly wrong due to them being overextended:
  • "web shop"
  • problems with (at least my) visa card
  • shipping
  • software development
  • communication with customers

The questions that are nagging more every day are: Does the Iliad work as expected? Does it work at all? Why should the only thing I didn't see so far be the only thing they got right?

(And, honestly: Starting to work on SAP interfaces the day shipping is supposed to start seems dead stupid to me.)

I am curious if anyone from Irex actually reads this forum.. The negativity which is starting to appear here must be getting back to them by now.

I've been whining about that in it's own thread.

Has anyone heard from them? I filled in their contact form on their website yesterday to inquire about my order (they have the money, the order (508) is still being processed), but they haven't come back to me yet....

Weird... I'm now getting a "Shipped to" detail... What does https://www.irexshop.com/account_history.php give for you...? I'm #601, so I'd expect yours to have shipped before mine...
