You will not be able to find any example in the US that classifies something over 50% marketshare as a monopoly, unless they also have over 90% market share. Amazon is not a monopoly when it comes to ebooks or anything else.

And monopoly most definitaley does not refer to a concept alone - not in the US by the letter of the law.

Laws should be the same for everyone regardless size. If you make laws different for people and companies based on their size you get stupid rulings like the decision to not prosecute a company because it was too large. Who decides if they are too large? And they could have prosecuted the people who made the decisions to break the law. OK I am done ranting now. Back to our regularly scheduled topic.
