Well I am only jogging with a 40 pound weight vest and 5-10 pounds per ankle (depending on the day's blisters). I guess I can remove that and carry bits and pieces of everybody.

I always hated running, put a pack on my back and I'll hump for miles, but even running 3 miles for the PFT I hated it!!
