You mean on my page? If that's the case send it from your page in the quick links or on right-cliking my avatar. Should work cause I got two PMs this morning...

It's not the medical treatments and phisio itself that I pay for. It's my downtime. I have no insurance for the time off from my business. I had an ongoing job I can't finish for a good while.

People can go to their control panel and use the "edit options" menu to choose whether to allow PMs, visitor messages and emails.

Hmm... well I can leave a Visitor message for Yvan. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you. What browser do you use?

He may well have enabled the option for Visitor Messages only to be posted by "Contacts". As Kindlekitten is not listed as a "Contact" of Yvan's, that may be what is preventing it from showing to her.

The moral perhaps is: Befriend people - all the kewl kids are doin' it.

I should have mentioned the full option, which is "Contacts and Moderators", so, yes, the Hat fits too apparently.

Internet Explorer. twice now he has given me karma and when I attempt to respond to thank him using "view my conversation" I just get "about me" with no ability to leave a message

BAH!!!! when it rains it pours! power just came back on after a 6 hour outage from high winds. last night my range blew again for the 2nd time since I've been back from CA. it's quite frightening as it goes

and then a bit of smoke comes up. I had to go out and buy a little one burner electric hotplate as it will be this weekend before I can get into it. it takes two people to get it out of the countertop.

my mother in law has called me everyday since my father in law's death being extremely upset about various things which I can understand, but the last 3 times it's been about money claiming that somewhere in excess of 500K seems to be missing. not sure what I'm supposed to do other than giver her emotional support.

in a possibly very tacky move I have asked to have the K2 back that I gave the father in law for Christmas. the mother in law agreed even though she indicated she wouldn't mind having it. anyway, yesterday a book was bought on it. it seems that the guy who was his sort of business partner was helping himself to it. he was certainly shocked when I called telling him a charge had gone through. I cheerfully told him I didn't mind him using it until someone could pick it up, but that all of those charges came to me. it irks me pretty seriously to think that he is going through my father in law's stuff and helping himself to the use of things. I'm not sure how soon anyone is going to get down there and take care of things

I am ready to throw my puter out the window. Thankfully i got a laptop as backup.

Caught a freaking malware /spyware and whatever not from a site whoever knows.

After several attempts of deepscanning and whatever not I still have some a#@%&es trying to access my puter. I HATE IT I freakin go nuts. HEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP I need more chocolate, happypills and I think I'm ready to try a glass of something high spirited.

Yes, that might be considered tacky, especially since it was a gift to him so it isn't your's to ask for back. Speaking of tacky though, I can't believe someone bought a book off of it. Who did he think was going to get charged for it, I'm sure he didn't expect it to be you, but you would think he would have expected it to be your father in law. Maybe he was hoping someone wouldn't notice.

What book did he buy? If it was "Dummy's guide to money laundering" you might have line on the 500K for your mother in law.
