My doctor told me to keep my injured foot higher than my heart.
I find it difficult to aim properly from a headstand position... I hate that last drop...

how long are you on the sidelines for? I had to do the whole elevated thing. 4 pillows is what I needed to get it that high. sleeping is well.... interesting. and ice is your second best friend after your drugs!

8 weeks minimum and I guess an other 4 of physio. All at my expense.
I don't use the drugs they prescribed. Just an Advil once in a while.
Keeping one's mind occupied is the thing...
