I am really missing the code distribution of the last few contests. I actually had so many 75% ones that I could give some away! This time the highest I've managed to get so far is 35%. Still have my fingers (and toes) crossed for at least a couple of 75% before the end of the contest!!!

35% is the best I've seen, with many attempts. This contest blows.

I've seen one 75%. But I admit - I played A LOT. Used it with multiple tabs to purchase 3 missing books in a series. Been waiting for it since the last contest, as I just missed these 3 then. And 1 55%, here it is:
55% 7aSWTp The rest is 35% and less. |

But my library has always been excellent with paper books (although is severely lacking in the ebook department), so I can go back to borrowing real books again without any problems. Of course, that's after I've read the over 800 ebook tbr's I have. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Oh, I still do visit the library now and then. But somewhere in there, my preferences took a hard turn right... |

- the Rakuten site, http://books.rakuten.co.jp/ , doesn't have options to change countries; - if you've got membership with the Rakuten site, then you are blocked from using the kobobooks.com site; - the kobobooks. com site has options in the Payments section to change countries to basically anywhere in the world EXCEPT Japan; - Japan now no longer is accepting codes that are on offer from kobobooks.com sites; So, it sounds to me like you're going to have use the VPN option in order to create a kobobooks.com account in the country of choice. That country will depend on which base currency you want to use, say Indian Rupees, or USD, etc. (Singapore is USD not SGD, as are a number of other countries USD and not their own currency - but more on that if you choose to take up the VPN option) You can use your own Japan address for the kobobooks.com country you choose, and you can pay according to whether Paypal is available, gift cards, credit cards etc. Also, once you have established that account then you can change countries from within the payments section at will. (I have different accounts established for different countries that I regularly use) You can only log into 1 country at a time. What do you think so far? |

![]() But yeah, I'm also too lazy to go to the library, which is pretty far from where I live. Besides, I'm not even sure they have what I want. Even the bookstores here don't have most of the books I read, as I mostly read indies. ![]() Thanks for everyone who posts the codes here. I managed to grab a few 55% off codes just now. This day has started off good! ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() Every time I read on here how someone uses the Afghanistan store I think exactly the same thing!!! I suppose if anyone wanted their entire database 'explored' by 'whomever' then the best way to initiate that would be shop in Afghanistan. ![]() |

Speaking of the Afghanistan shop, it is not the same as the USA shop. There are some older Tor eBooks I was looking for that don't exist there. But they do in the USA shop, but not code friendly.
