Is there any way to mark books as read in Mapleread SE as I would like to move such books to their own section without deleting them from the app?

There are book sets you can create. When I first started I created books for each rating like "Read 5 stars" etc. Now I just delete the book from MR. (Note that this is just a copy of the book. I have my original copy stored in Calibre.) It depends on what group you're viewing at the time whether you see them or not. I think the default ones are "all books" and "ungrouped".
